On October 12, 2021, Spacecom, (Tel Aviv Stock Exchange: SCC), the satellite services provider and owner-operator of the AMOS satellite fleet announced that it has signed a definitive agreement with Hungary’s 4iG Plc., the Hungarian information technology and telecommunications company (Budapest Stock Market: 4iG Nyrt.), in which 4iG is acquiring a majority stake (51%) in Spacecom through a private shares placement.
Naschitz Brandes Amir advised 4iG Nyrt and Hungaro DigiTel Kft in the transaction. The team included senior partner Sharon Amir, partners Tuvia Geffen and Itay Deutsch, and associates Sharon Gold, Adi Danan, Tal Shachar, and Ofir Lazard.
