Danan Ohayon

Adi Danan is an associate in the firm's Tel-Aviv office where she focuses her practice on corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on investment and private equity transactions and domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. She also provides ongoing advice to high-tech companies in various areas of the law.

Adi joined Naschitz Brandes Amir in January 2021 after completing her internship with the firm.
