Sharon Gold is an associate in the Corporate Group of Naschitz Brandes Amir and her focus centers largely around the representation of companies in every stage of development, as well as private equity and venture capital funds that invest in those companies. Her work with clients spans the entire corporate lifecycle, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, and general corporate representation and counseling.

Prior to joining the firm, Sharon worked in the legal department of Western Digital.
