Ofir is an associate in the Tel-Aviv office of Naschitz Brandes Amir. His practice is focused on corporate and commercial law, with an emphasis on representation of emerging growth companies and venture capital funds in private equity financings and commercial transactions of all types.
Ofir joined Naschitz Brandes Amir in 2022 following the completion of his internship with the firm.
During his legal studies, Ofir was a member of the Gladstone Folkman Legal Clinic for Start-Ups at the Reichman University, through which he provided free legal services to entrepreneurs of underprivileged communities that are working on technology-related startups.
