Naschitz Brandes Amir represented Supergas Power, part of Elco Group, in connection with the recently announced NIS 400 million sale of its natural gas supply and cogeneration operations to Aluma Infrastructure Fund.

 

The transaction reflects continued activity in Israel’s energy and infrastructure sectors and involves the transfer of significant natural gas supply and cogeneration operations to one of Israel’s leading infrastructure investment funds.
