On October 28, 2021, Renesas Electronics Corporation (TSE:6723), a premier supplier of advanced semiconductor solutions, announced the successful acquisition of Celeno Communications (“Celeno”), the leading provider of smart, innovative Wi-Fi solutions, for approximately $315 million.
