Idan Lidor is a partner in the firm's Corporate Group. Idan's practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions, venture capital investments, corporate law, commercial transactions, and securities law. He has extensive experience in cross-border M&A transactions, private equity investments, and commercial agreements. Idan's clients include a wide variety of public and private companies and investment funds.

 

Idan received his LL.B. from Tel-Aviv University in 2000 and has been with Naschitz Brandes Amir since his internship. From 2005 to 2006, Idan worked as a foreign associate in the M&A group of Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York.

  • Representation of the FIMI Funds in their NIS 95 million investment in C. Mer Industries Ltd.
  • Representation of Broadcom Corporation in its acquisitions in Israel of Siliquent, Octalica, Percello, Sightic Vista, and SC Square.
  • Representation of the controlling shareholders of MediaMind in its $520 million acquisition by DG Fast Channel.
  • Representation of the FIMI Funds in their NIS 125 million acquisition of TAT Technologies Ltd.
  • Representation of the KCPS Manof Funds in most of their investments, including investments in Isralum, Terrace, Aeronautics, Zur Shamir, and Rav-Bariach.
  • Representation of the FIMI Funds in their investment in Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd. (Nasdaq: GILT).  
  • Formation of various private equity funds, including FIMI, Giza and Viola Credit (previously, Plenus).
  • Representation of the FIMI Funds in their investment in Retalix Ltd.
  • Israeli counsel to the underwriters in the IPO of Syneron Ltd. (Nasdaq – ELOS).
  • Representation of Harmonic Inc. (Nasdaq - HLIT) in its acquisition of Scopus Video Networks Limited.
  • Representation of VMware, Inc., (NYSE - VMW) in its acquisition of B-hive Networks.
  • Representation of AOL in its acquisition of the Relegence Corporation.
