The firm has represented Plus500 and its founders since the company’s formation, including in its LSE-AIM IPO and four subsequent secondary offerings ($115 million in March 2018, $130 million in October 2016, $175 million in February 2014 and $75 million in July 2013).
The Naschitz Brandes Amir team was led by Tuvia J. Geffen and Arnon Samburski, together with Danielle Weissman.
