Naschitz, Brandes, Amir represents TASE-listed Bet Shemesh Engines Ltd., a leading manufacturer of jet engine parts, in its US$58.5M acquisition from Pratt & Whitney of Carmel Forge Ltd., which operates in the field of parts manufacturing for aero turbine engines. As part of the transaction, Carmel Forge will enter into long-term framework contracts with Pratt & Whitney, which include participation in Pratt & Whitney’s leading projects for production of its new engines, in an estimated aggregate amount of approximately USD $360M over the next 10 years.
