Naschitz Brandes Amir represented Nasdaq-listed Check Point Software in its acquisition of Veriti Cybersecurity, an automated preemptive threat exposure and mitigation platform.

 

The Naschitz Brandes Amir M&A team advising Check Point on the deal was led by partners Anat Igner and Tuvia Geffen, with associates Noam Shualy, Daniel Habas, Rotem Knobler (Slik), Eliya Gur, and Vicky Almog (Glasserman).
