Naschitz Brandes Amir Elects New Partners

Naschitz Brandes Amir’s partner-elect group includes two women and four men from the firm’s M&A, litigation & dispute resolution, real estate, and hi-tech practices.

 

 

On January 29, 2023, Naschitz Brandes Amir announced that the firm has elected six new partners from its attorney ranks. The promotions will be effective February 1, 2023.

 

"There's no shortage of impressive qualities among our newest partners, making it a challenge to summarize them all in a few words, but this group, like many others in recent years, symbolizes the extent of work our firm provides to clients, the substantial degree of diversity within our firm, and the breadth of our expertise," said Tal Eliasaf, Managing Partner at Naschitz Brandes Amir. "We are proud to introduce our 2023 group of exceptionally talented and successful partners."

 

 

The newly appointed partners are:

 

 

Ariel Lustig, Corporate. Mr. Lustig focuses primarily focuses on corporate and commercial law, high-tech transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial transactions. He is also well-versed in assisting hi-tech companies with respect to corporate governance and day-to-day corporate matters.

 

Asi Moravchick, Corporate. Mr. Moravchick focuses on corporate and commercial law and regularly assists clients with domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital financings, and general corporate representation and counseling. Asi represents companies across many industries, including cybersecurity, agtech, aerospace, consumer products and services, communications, and other emerging technologies.

 

Adi Rubin Hen, Litigation & Dispute Resolution. Adi practices civil litigation, all aspects of torts, insurance law, professional liability, and personal injury. She joined Naschitz Brandes Amir in 2012 following the completion of her internship with the firm.

 

Asaf Shapira, Litigation & Dispute Resolution. Asaf focuses on various aspects of civil, commercial, and business litigation, including class actions, alternative dispute resolution, and aviation and transportation law. In addition, Asaf provides ongoing legal counsel to clients in a wide variety of legal matters.

 

Ety Shay, Real Estate. Ety is well-versed in handling large-scale real estate transactions and has a wealth of experience in the sale and purchase of various types of properties, including residential, commercial, industrial, retail, and office buildings.

 

Yoni Shiloni. Corporate. Yoni primarily focuses on the representation of high-tech companies of all stages of development, including private equity and venture capital investments, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate representation and counseling of companies in various technology-driven industries, including IT, cybersecurity, fintech, biotech, and foodtech among others.
