Mor Kadosh is an associate working at the firm's Tel-Aviv office in the firm's Corporate Group.
Ms. Kadosh's practice is focused on corporate and commercial law, mergers & acquisitions, venture capital transactions and private financings. She also regularly provides advice to high-tech companies in various areas of the law.
During her legal studies, she served as a member of the Tel Aviv University Workers' Right Clinic, which provides legal advice, representation and support to disempowered and exploited groups of workers. Ms. Kadosh was awarded with "The Seminar" project award for excellent and original young legal writing (sponsored by the Tel-Aviv University Law Review).
Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Ms. Kadosh has participated in the firm's summer program for excellent students.
