Tahel Balory-Lerman is an associate in the Tel Aviv office of Naschitz Brandes Amir. Coming from a family of farmers in Moshav Gilat, she specializes in legal areas specific to kibbutzim and cooperative societies. Tahel's practice involves conducting negotiations for real estate transactions, representing clients before local and national authorities such as the Israel Lands Authority and the Ministry of Agriculture, appearing on behalf of clients before Planning & Zoning Appellate committees, drafting and negotiating various agreements including infrastructure and contractor agreements, and providing advice on the formation and establishment of various types of cooperative societies, among other services.
Additionally, Tahel advises kibbutzim on procedures related to demographic growth, membership application and approval, and allocation of residence and property to new members.
As part of the Excellence Program at the Interdisciplinary Center of Herzliya (Reichman University), Tahel volunteered in various projects and initiatives, including the Legal Aid and Social Involvement Clinic and a project of the Court Administration, assisting in staffing the reception desk and aiding court visitors in enforcement, family law, and small claims matters. She also served as the academic program director at several academic institutions affiliated with the ISEF Foundation.
