Shay Ben Shalom is an associate in the Capital Markets and Securities practice at the Tel Aviv office of Naschitz Brandes Amir. Shay specializes in capital markets, securities law, corporate and finance matters.
Shay advises public and private companies on debt and equity offerings in the Israeli capital markets, including transactions on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. He also counsels TASE-listed companies on ongoing securities and corporate governance matters, including shareholder meetings, related-party transactions, private placements, prospectuses, and regulatory compliance.
Before joining the firm in 2026, Shay worked in the Audit and Enforcement Department of the Israeli Securities Authority.
