Roi Turgheman is a partner and co-head of the Israeli Securities and Capital Markets team in the Tel Aviv office of Naschitz Brandes Amir, where he focuses on corporate and securities law.

Mr. Turgheman specializes in corporate finance, securities, and capital markets. He frequently advises on public equity and debt offerings, private placements, and tender bids. Additionally, he provides ongoing legal counsel to both public and private companies, advising boards of directors and board committees on complex securities and corporate law matters.

Prior to joining Naschitz Brandes Amir, Mr. Turgheman worked in a leading accounting firm in Israel that specialized in audits, due diligence, and post-merger integration, and subsequently, in the corporate finance department of the Israel Securities Authority.
