Neta Givoni Kula is an associate in the Tel Aviv office of Naschitz Brandes Amir, where she is a member of the firm’s Infrastructure, Energy and Project Finance practice. Neta provides ongoing legal counsel on all aspects of the development, financing, construction, operation, and maintenance of infrastructure projects and facilities, including seawater desalination plants, power plants, renewable energy generation facilities, railways, tunnels, and transportation infrastructure. She also advises on international public-private partnership projects, including BOT and PFI projects, from the tender stage through financial close and project execution.
Neta received her LL.B. from Bar-Ilan University and joined Naschitz Brandes Amir in 2024 as a legal intern in the firm’s Infrastructure, Energy and Project Finance practice. Following her admission to the Israel Bar, Neta rejoined the practice as an associate.

נטע סיימה את לימודי המשפטים (LL.B.) באוניברסיטת בר-אילן והצטרפה למשרד נשיץ ברנדס אמיר בשנת 2024 כמתמחה במחלקת התשתיות והאנרגיה. לאחר הסמכתה כחברת לשכת עורכי הדין בישראל, שבה למחלקה כעורכת דין.
