Lior Tourgeman is an associate at Naschitz Brandes Amir’s Tel Aviv office, where she advises Israeli and international clients on a broad range of intellectual property matters, including patents, trademarks, designs, copyrights, plant breeders’ rights and trade secrets. Her practice also includes complex intellectual property disputes and litigation before Israeli courts, including enforcement proceedings.
In addition, Lior has substantial experience in the prosecution of intellectual property rights before the Israel Patent Office and advises clients on licensing and freedom-to-operate matters. Her clients operate across a range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, environmental technology, IT, telecommunications, fintech, music and entertainment, as well as traditional industries.
Lior joined Naschitz Brandes Amir in 2026. Before joining the firm, she practiced intellectual property, civil and commercial law.
