Lior Goldberg's practice focuses on structuring and negotiating financing agreements for large-scale real estate projects. He specializes in a wide range of commercial, residential, infrastructure, and industrial real estate development projects and his services include negotiating agreements with contractors, consultants, vendors, suppliers, and other service providers.
In addition, Lior handles various transactions in the field of urban renewal, representing both developers and apartment owners in TAMA (National Outline Plan) 38 and “Pinui/Binui” (evacuation& reconstruction) projects. By way of example, he represents over 400 apartment owners in an urban renewal project in Tel-Aviv’s Neve Ofer neighborhood.
