Erez Sapir is a partner in the Real Estate Practice of Naschitz Brandes Amir. His work encompasses a broad range of real estate matters, including land taxation, administrative law, and planning and construction.

 

Erez advises property owners, developers, and entrepreneurs on complex real estate transactions and large-scale development projects throughout Israel, from initial planning through completion. He has significant experience in urban renewal projects, includingTAMA 38 (seismic reinforcement) and Pinui-Binui (demolition and reconstruction) developments, and extensive knowledge of matters involving the Israel Land Authority, including development agreements, long-term leases, and the registration and transfer of property rights. He also advises agricultural landowners on planning and zoning matters.

 

In addition, Erez advises purchasing groups on major residential development projects, including one of the largest such groups formed for a construction project in Jerusalem. For more than 15 years, he has advised one of Israel's largest public companies on a major residential development project involving the construction of dozens of buildings and hundreds of housing units.

  • Since 2006, Mr. Sapir has represented a number of purchasing groups that have purchased and built residences in various areas of Israel. As part of this process, the groups received full-service solutions from Mr. Sapir from start to finish, including legal guidance through the land acquisition and options purchase stages, negotiations necessary to select the performing contractors, and land registration necessary to finalize the project and ensure all rights.
  • Since 2007, Mr. Sapir has represented a residential project of more than 800 units (both single homes and apartment complexes). Mr. Sapir accompanied the project in all aspects, from acquiring all necessary rights, negotiating financing agreements with banks, managing the actual sale of their units, and finalizing their registration with the Registration Administration at the end of the project.
  • Mr. Sapir has recently handled landmark preservation projects in Tel Aviv, including strict preservation and transferring construction rights.
