Elad Levi is a partner in the Tel Aviv office of Naschitz Brandes Amir, where he specializes in complex civil and commercial litigation, real estate litigation, and class actions.
Elad has extensive experience in high-stakes disputes, with particular expertise in insurance, real estate, environmental, diamond and jewelry claims, as well as complex contractual and financial litigation.
He regularly represents clients in intricate proceedings involving multifaceted legal and factual issues, requiring strategic judgment, commercial insight, and careful case management.
Alongside his legal practice, Elad has a substantial academic and public-interest background. He served as an assistant lecturer in Corporate Law, Contract Law, and Public Law at Reichman University (IDC Herzliya), and led the “Labor Law and Human Rights” and “Enforcement and Debtors’ Rights” legal clinics at the Netanya Academic College.
During his legal studies, he was a teaching assistant to Prof. Guy Seidman, Prof. Eli Bukspan, and Dr. Hillel Sommer, and also served as defense counsel before the Disciplinary Tribunal of Reichman University,
Elad has long been committed to pro bono and community work. Since 2004, he has been actively involved with the “Halev Project,” a nonprofit organization that provides legal assistance to low-income individuals and underprivileged groups in the labor courts, and he currently serves on its managing board.
Since 2022, Elad has been continuously recognized as a Recommended Lawyer by Legal 500, reflecting his professional excellence, dedication, and standing in the field.

Represented a tobacco company before the District and Supreme Court in a NIS 7bn class action filed by the Israeli Health Maintenance Organizations claiming smoking damages. The claim was dismissed.

Successfully represented Modi'in Ezrachi Ltd. in a high-profile administrative petition concerning an Israel Railways security tender for the Jerusalem cluster, valued at approximately NIS 70 million annually. The petition was granted, resulting in the disqualification of the original winning bidder and the declaration of our client as the tender winner; the matter is currently pending before the Supreme Court.

Successfully represented Rami Levy Hashikma Marketing Ltd. and an affiliated company in complex financial litigation involving an attempt to attribute historical liabilities of third parties following an asset acquisition; the claim was dismissed. The case raised substantial questions relating to M&A transactions and competition law, as well as corporate law, assignment, and contractual privity.
