Daya Miron is an associate in the Tel-Aviv office of Naschitz Brandes. She focuses her practice on representing major corporations in complex IT projects and has strong expertise in providing legal services to both customers and suppliers in the field of information technology, computers, and the internet. Daya offers clients a wide range of services, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, distribution and licensing agreements, SaaS and cloud agreements, and providing counsel on hi-tech transactions.
