Dana Zigman Behrend is a partner at the firm’s Privacy & Data Protection Practice, where she focuses on advising clients operating across many industry sectors on a wide range of privacy and data protection matters, including compliance and implementation of both local and international regulations and privacy aspects of commercial transactions and agreements.

 

Dana joined Naschitz Brandes Amir as an intern in 2005. From 2006 to 2014 she worked as an associate in the commercial and securities department advising private and public companies, directors, officers, and principal shareholders on various issues relating to their corporate governance. As of 2015, Dana practices commercial law and counsels private and public companies on a variety of commercial matters. Before recently rejoining the firm, she served as an independent privacy consultant to various corporations.
