Assif Rosenberg, a partner at the firm's Corporate Group, concentrates her practice on corporate and commercial law with a particular emphasis on high-tech/technology transactions, venture capital financing, and mergers and acquisitions. Assif has extensive experience advising global and domestic start-ups and emerging growth companies in all stages of development, from formation, financing, and day-to-day operations through to exit. She also works with venture capital funds, private equity firms, and other investment institutions involved in investments in early-stage and growth companies.

 

Assif has been with Naschitz Brandes Amir since her internship with the firm in 2008.

  • Representing aMOON, Israel’s leading healthtech & life sciences venture fund on a number of investments, including –
    • Satellite Biosciences, Inc., an MIT-backed, US-based early-stage life sciences company, in its Series A $100M financing.
    • Scipher Medicine Corporation as part of the company’s Series C financing of $82M;
    • KAHR MEDICAL LTD., developer of innovative immuno-recruitment cancer drugs, as part of KAHR MEDICAL's Series E financing of $60M;
  • Representing Investec in its equity financings in Vayyar Imaging in the company’s Series C Financing of US$46M and Series D Financing of US$109M.
  • Representing Canada Pension Plan Investment in its investment Get Fabric’s $110 million round.
  • Representing Red Dot Venture Capital Fund in a number of its investments, including CodeFresh, Granulate, and Ctera.
  • Representing Curve OS Ltd., provider of payment solutions, in its ongoing activity, including general corporate work and negotiating various commercial agreements in its equity financings, including its Series C Financing of £70M.
  • Representing Emet Computing, a leading solution provider for cloud, information systems, and Data-Center technologies (including industry), in its purchase of control in Unitask Ltd. and Sigma Group Solutions Ltd., in consideration for up to NIS 95M.
  • Representing Dean Marketing in its acquisition of Cham Food for NIS 5M.
  • Representing companies in healthcare solutions industry, such as dbMotion Ltd. (Altera Group).
