Naschitz, Brandes, Amir & Co. represented Imperus Technologies (CVE: LAB), a Canadian publicly-traded company that specializes in social networking, mobile and real-money gaming, in the Israel-related aspects of its $25.6 million acquisition of the social gaming company, Akamon Entertainment.
