Arnon Samburski is a partner located in theTel-Aviv office. He joined the firm in 1998 after completing his internship with the firm. Mr. Samburski specializes in corporate law, high-tech practice, commercial transactions and securities law. Mr. Samburski's practice is concentrated on assisting high-tech companies in various areas of the law, and he has been involved in many high-tech transactions, including private and public financings, acquisitions and technology transactions. Born in Hofit, Israel, Mr. Samburski received his LL.B. degree from Tel-Aviv University in 1997 and was admitted to practice law in 1998. He is fluent in Hebrew and English. |
