Einat Rosu, PartnerArea(s) of practice:Einat Rosu is a partner located in the Tel-Aviv office. She joined the firm in 2000 after having completed her internship with the firm. Ms. Rosu specializes in corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings and private equity transactions. Ms. Rosu has represented multinational clients in a variety of high-tech transactions, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing, private equity, venture lending and technology transactions and works closely with high-tech companies on various commercial issues. Born in Israel, Ms. Rosu received her LL.B. and Bachelor of Economics from the Tel-Aviv University in 1999, and her LL.M. (magna cum laude) from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia in 2004. Ms. Rosu was admitted to practice law in Israel in 2000 and is fluent in Hebrew and English. |
