Orli Naschitz

Orli Naschitz is an associate located in the Tel Aviv Office. Ms. Naschitz brings a unique contribution to the firm, combining legal knowledge with interdisciplinary understanding from the fields of psychology and social sciences.
Ms. Naschitz is experienced in the fields of consumer litigation, torts, contract law and insurance law. Ms. Naschitz has interned at the Israeli Supreme Court and has experienced from up close the judiciary aspects of court decisions. Ms. Naschitz has extensive experience in working on class action cases, specifically those relating to consumer litigation, combining scientific and medical know-how with legal aspects. In this respect, her education both in law and in psychology has a unique contribution. Ms. Naschitz is also a psychologist (M.A. in clinical psychology), and has experience with working and interacting with the medical and psychiatric establishment. She is also a mediator and has worked on mediations in insurance, torts, and real estate. Ms. Naschitz has received an L.L.M. degree, a B.A. in psychology and Political Science (Magna Cum Laude) from the Tel Aviv University, and an M.A. in Clinical Psychology (Summa cum laude). She participates regularly in international conferences on law and on psychology and presents papers in the field of psychological assessment and diagnosis. She is a member of the Israel Bar and is fluent in English, Hebrew and French.
