Alessandro Ethan Naschitz, PartnerArea(s) of practice:Ethan Alessandro Naschitz is a partner in the Tel Aviv office. He specializes in international arbitration, commercial litigation, mass tort (tobacco) (and class action) claims, products liability. In addition, Mr. Naschitz handles sophisticated commercial transactions including ship financing. Mr. Naschitz has won the two most important Supreme Court cases on arbitration law in the last five years, which have helped reshape arbitration law in Israel. After graduating with an LL.M. degree from New York University School of Law in 1990, Mr. Naschitz worked in New York., and handled complex insurance cases and sophisticated commercial transactions. Mr. Naschitz is admitted to the New York State Bar as well as to the Israel Bar. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Southern District and the U.S. Eastern District Courts in New York. He is fluent in Hebrew, French, Italian and English. |
