Idan Lidor is a partner located in the Tel-Aviv office. He joined the firm in 2001 after having completed his internship with the firm.
From 2005 to 2006 Mr. Lidor worked as an associate in the M&A group of Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York.

Mr. Lidor specializes in corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and venture capital transactions.

Mr. Lidor’s practice is concentrated on assisting high-tech companies in various areas of the law, and he has been involved in many high-tech transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing and technology transactions.

Born in Petach-Tikva, Israel, Mr. Lidor received his LL.B. from the Tel-Aviv University in 2000, and was admitted to practice law in Israel in 2001. Mr. Lidor is fluent in Hebrew and English.
