Shmuel Lechner is a partner, located in the Tel-Aviv office. He joined the firm in 2002 and has brought to the firm substantial experience in handling a wide range of real estate fields, both for commercial and corporate clients as well as private clients. Before joining the firm, Mr. Lechner was a lawyer, and subsequently partner, with one of Israel’s leading real estate and planning & construction law firms.

Mr. Lechner’s experience in real estate projects includes not only handling large and complex commercial or residential projects of the Israeli Lands Administration (“MINHAL”) throughout Israel but also dealing with real estate transactions for private clients. Mr. Lechner gives advice on all aspects of real estate law, taxes and administration as well as planning and construction law – from change of use applications through to the planning and construction stages themselves. Mr. Lechner has also substantial experience in commercial litigation of all kinds as well as litigating administrative and municipal law issues and planning & construction law issues.

Mr. Lechner’s client base includes many of the major development and construction companies in Israel as well as certain of the municipalities.

Born in 1964 in Israel, Mr. Lechner received his LL.B. from the Tel-Aviv University in 1989. He has been a member of the Israeli Bar since 1991. Mr. Lechner is fluent in the Hebrew and English languages.
