Anat Igner is an associate located in the Tel-Aviv office. Ms. Igner has joined the firm in 2007. Prior to joining the firm in 2007, Ms. Igner worked with another leading law firm in Tel-Aviv, specializing in corporate law, high–tech practice, venture capital transactions and M&A transactions. Ms. Igner's practice is concentrated on venture capital transactions, private financings and mergers and acquisitions. She also regularly provides advice to high-tech companies in various areas of the law. From 2008 to 2009 Ms. Igner worked as an associate in the M&A group of Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP in Born in New York, U.S.A., Ms. Igner received an LL.B. degree from Tel-Aviv University in 2004, a B.A. in Economics from Tel-Aviv University in 2005 and an LL.M. degree from Tel-Aviv University in 2008. Ms. Igner was admitted to practice law in Israel in 2005. She is fluent in Hebrew and English. |
