Born in Israel, Ms. Hecht-Yoffe received her LL.B and B.A in Business Administration (cum laude) from the Herzliya Interdisciplinary Center in 2008, and a L.L.M in Business Law (cum laude) in 2011, also from the Herzliya Interdisciplinary Center.
