Sarit Hauschner-Raphael joined Naschitz Brandes as an associate in 2009 and is located in the Tel Aviv office. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Hauschner-Raphael was a lawyer in one of Israel's leading real estate and planning & construction law firms.

Ms. Hauschner-Raphael's practice concentrates on real estate. Within that field, her practice covers a wide range of issues, including substantial, complex commercial and residential projects, real estate taxation, administration and planning & construction law.

Ms. Hauschner-Raphael's client base is broad with commercial and corporate clients as well as private clients. Ms. Hauschner-Raphael also has considerable experience in civil and commercial litigation.

Ms. Hauschner Raphael believes in providing a high standard service to the client combining legal knowledge with hands on experience in order to plan strategies and provide creative responses to complex issues.

Born in Ramat-Gan, Israel, Ms. Hauschner-Raphael received her LL.B. (cum laude) from Tel-Aviv University in 1995 and was admitted to practice law in Israel in 1996. Ms. Hauschner-Raphael is fluent in Hebrew and English.
