Jonathan Feuchtwanger is a partner located in the Tel-Aviv office. He joined the firm in 1993 and has been a partner since January 1, 2001. Mr. Feuchtwanger specializes in providing general corporate counsel to local and multinational private and public companies in a variety of corporate fields, including financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions and sophisticated technology, licensing sale/purchase and similar transactions. Mr. Feuchtwanger's clients include local and multinational emerging growth, private and public companies operating in a range of areas including software, optics, optronics, telecommunication, semiconductor, textile, paper, trade and others. In the course of providing general advice to corporate clients, Mr. Feuchtwanger also handles commercial litigation matters, and specializes in disputes involving computer, employment, contract and corporate law. Born in Haifa, Israel, Mr. Feuchtwanger lived for several years in the United States and the United Kingdom and is fluent in English and Hebrew. His fluency in these languages enable Jonathan to provide services to many foreign entities in their business in Israel. |
