Tal Eliasaf is a partner located in the Tel-Aviv office. He joined the firm in 2001 after having completed his internship with the firm. From 2006 to 2007 Mr. Eliasaf worked as an associate in the M&A group of Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York.

Mr. Eliasaf’s practice is concentrated on corporate law, securities law and commercial law, with a special emphasis on high-tech transactions and corporate matters.

Born in Moshav Udim, Israel, Mr. Eliasaf received LL.B. and B.A. degrees (cum laude) from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya and an LL.M. degree, master of commercial law (summa cum laude), from the international executive LL.M. program of the Tel Aviv University in collaboration with the University of California Berkeley. He was admitted to practice law in Israel in 2001.

Mr. Eliasaf is fluent in Hebrew and English.
