Uri Eger is an associate located in the Tel-Aviv office. He joined the firm in 2006 after having completed his internship with the firm. Mr. Eger specializes in corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on venture capital transactions and commercial litigation.

Mr. Eger’s practice is concentrated on assisting companies in various areas of the law, and he has been involved in many transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing and technology transactions.

Born in Yokneam Hamoshava, Israel, Mr. Eger received his LL.B. and B.A. degrees, from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya in 2005, and was admitted to practice law in Israel in 2006. Mr. Eger is fluent in Hebrew and English.
