Shai Dill is a partner located in the Tel-Aviv office. He joined the firm in 2000. Mr. Dill specializes in corporate law, high-tech practice, commercial transactions, banking and intellectual property. Mr. Dill’s practice is concentrated on assisting high-tech and commercial companies in various areas of the law, and he has been involved in many high-tech transactions, including private and public financings, acquisitions and technology transactions. Born in Jerusalem, Israel, Mr. Dill received an LL.B. from Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Mr. Dill also holds a B.A. in accounting from Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
