Noga Devecseri Spira is a partner located in the Tel-Aviv office. She practices in the areas of venture capital, corporate and securities law, intellectual property law and M&A, and has unique expertise in representing technology companies with presences in Israel and the United States.

Ms. Devecseri Spira joined the firm in 1999. From 1996 through 1998, she was an associate in the Silicon Valley, California office of the law firm of Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati, specializing in high technology.

Both in Israel and in California, Ms. Devecseri Spira has represented private and public companies, mainly in the software, communications and semiconductor industries.

Her practice is focused on high technology companies in all stages of their growth and on various aspects of their domestic and international business, including mergers, acquisitions, technology transactions and public offerings on Nasdaq.

Ms. Devecseri Spira also represents venture capital funds and investment banks.

During 1994 and 1995, Ms. Devecseri Spira practiced corporate and securities law in Israel, including public offerings on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and joint ventures. Previously, she worked as an intern in the legal department of the Hebrew University.

Born in Vancouver, Canada, Ms. Devecseri Spira received her LL.B. degree from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 1993. She is admitted to practice law in Israel and in California, and is a member of the Israel Bar, the State Bar of California and the American Bar Association.
