Daniella Ben Shalom is an associate located in the Tel-Aviv office. Ms. Ben Shalom has joined the firm in 2007. Prior to joining the firm in 2007, Ms. Ben Shalom worked with another leading law firm in Tel-Aviv, specializing in corporate law, high-tech practice, venture capital transactions and M&A transactions. Ms. Ben Shalom's practice is concentrated on venture capital transactions, private financings and mergers and acquisitions. She also regularly provides advice to high-tech companies in various areas of the law. Born in Ramat Hasharon, Israel, Ms. Ben Shalom received an LL.B. degree from Tel-Aviv University in 2004 and an LL.M. degree from Tel-Aviv University in 2008. Ms. Ben Shalom was admitted to practice law in Israel in 2005. She is fluent in Hebrew and English. |
