Lior Baruch is an associate located in the Tel-Aviv office. He joined the firm in 2007. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Baruch worked with two other leading law firms in Tel-Aviv, specializing in corporate law, high–tech practice, venture capital transactions and M&A transactions, with some experience also in import and export law, customs and indirect taxation. Mr. Baruch's practice is concentrated on venture capital transactions, private financings and mergers and acquisitions. He also regularly provides advice to high-tech companies in various areas of the law. Born in Holon, Israel, Mr. Baruch received an LL.B. degree from Tel-Aviv University in 2001 and a B.A. in Psychology (cum laude) from Tel-Aviv University in 2001. Mr. Baruch was admitted to practice law in Israel in 2002. He is fluent in Hebrew and English. |
