Asher Assis is a partner located in the Tel-Aviv office. He joined the firm in 1998 after completing his internship with the firm. Mr. Assis specializes in corporate law, high-tech practice and commercial transactions.

Mr. Assis's practice is concentrated on high-tech transactions, including private financings (VCs and others), commercial transactions and advising on a broad range of issues facing the high-tech industry (including intellectual property litigation).

Born in Be’er-Sheva, Israel, Mr. Assis received his LL.B. and B.A. (Economics) degrees from Tel-Aviv University in 1997 and was admitted to practice law in 1998. He is fluent in Hebrew and English.
