Jonathan Feuchtwanger | Partner
Jonathan Feuchtwanger is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and a co-lead of the Capital Markets practice. He represents domestic and international public and private companies in a wide range of corporate fields, principally in public offerings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, tender offers, financing transactions, technology, licensing sale/purchase, and other similar transactions.

Jonathan counsels on regulatory matters that pertain to governing public and private companies in Israel, with particular focus on securities laws and regulations, stock exchange and ISA rules, company laws, corporate governance practices, contract and corporate matters.

Jonathan has extensive experience representing international companies conducting business in Israel, as well as advising Israeli companies and startups in cross-border transactions in the US, Europe and Far East.

Jonathan’s clients include major companies in a wide range of industries, including biopharmaceutical, medical device, Big Data, adTech and marketing, optics, telecommunications, paper and plastic, textile, fashion, and steel.

Representative experience
• Represented one of Israel's leading fashion groups comprising of Hoodies, Urbanica, TopTen, Carolina Lemke, Accessorize Israel, and its shareholders, in a series of transactions valuing approximately NIS 500 million, under which the said companies were fully acquired by TASE publically listed Castro Model Ltd.

• Represented the shareholders of SAL Group, one of Israel's leading marketers of construction and infrastructure equipment in the 70% equity sale to funds Sky and Kedma under a company valuation of NIS 280 million..

• Represented ETView Medical Ltd., a publicly traded company in its US$ 16 million reverse triangular merger with a subsidiary of Ambu A/S a Danish Nasdaq public
company.

• Represented Lumus Ltd, a developer of optical systems for smart glasses, in its $30 million financing round led by Shanda, HTC, Quanta and others.

• Represented Imperus Technologies (CVE: LAB), a Canadian publicly-traded company in the Israel-related aspects of its $25.6 million acquisition of the social gaming company, Akamon Entertainment.

• Represented of Accel Telecom Ltd. and affiliated entities in a reverse takeover transaction into Canadian TSX Venture publicly traded - Siyata Mobile Inc.

• Represented Inrom Construction Industries Ltd., one of Israel's leading construction, building, paint and sealant product producer, in its successful NIS 350 million IPO in the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
